Ground Turkey Necks
Raw Ground Bones.
Ground fresh from skinless turkey necks, this is one of the most practical raw bone sources you can add to balance a raw diet. Dense, meaty, and rich in natural minerals, all with no fillers, no additives, and no enhancements.
Ground Turkey Necks are ground from whole, skinless turkey necks and come in at approximately 45 to 55% bone content, making them one of the higher-bone ground options we carry. Because of that bone content, this product is not designed to be fed on its own. It works as the bone component in a balanced raw meal, paired with boneless muscle meat and organ to meet your pet's nutritional targets. The grind makes it easy to portion and mix, especially for smaller dogs or cats that cannot safely handle whole necks.
Raw Feeding Fact
Turkey neck bone is composed primarily of cancellous (spongy) bone, which has a fundamentally different structure than the dense cortical bone found in weight-bearing limb bones. Cancellous bone is porous and honeycomb-like, making it significantly softer, more compressible, and far easier for dogs and cats to digest safely when ground. Research on avian bone digestibility in companion animals has consistently shown that soft, porous poultry bones ground fine pose minimal gastric risk and are absorbed at rates comparable to other raw protein sources. This is why poultry necks have long been a foundational bone source in prey model and BARF-style raw diets.
