All packages are shipped with delivery release, meaning a signature is not required upon delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier (FedEx or UPS) may leave the package at your front door or another secure location. The driver will typically take a photo of the delivery location and upload it to your tracking information for reference.
Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. RFM is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been completed.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you are unable to locate it, we recommend contacting the carrier immediately to file a claim:

Please also contact our team to notify us of the issue and provide your claim number once it has been filed. We will also open a case on our end. Prompt reporting will help initiate an investigation and improve the chances of resolving the issue.
