Raw Goat Milk

All goat milk products are raw (unpasteurized) and un-homogenized. Goat's dairy tends to be easier to digest and can be less allergenic than cow's milk since it contains only A2 casein (not the inflammatory hard to digest A1 Beta casein). It is digested in 1-2 hours. Goat's milk contains no agglutinin (like cow's milk does). Thus fat globules in goat's dairy don't cluster together and this makes them easier to digest. Goat milk contains more of the essential fatty acids linoleic and arachnodonic acids and higher proportion of short-chain & medium-chain fatty acids, easier for intestinal enzymes to digest.
Goat milk protein forms a softer curd making the protein more easily and rapidly digestible. Goat's milk casein is similar to human mothers milk, however cow's milk and goat's milk do contain similar levels of the other allergenic protein, beta lactoglobulin.
Goat's milk has slightly lower levels of lactose which makes it a better for choice for lactose-intolerant individuals.
This goat milk is raw (unpasteurized) and comes from goats that are 100% pasture-raised on organic pasture/grasses, and never given antibiotics or growth hormone. In contrast, goat milk from the health food store is NOT always certified organic and comes from goats eating mostly corn and grains which is not healthy food for them (or for humans). When goats are fed corn and grains, it affects the milk's fatty acid ratio dramatically and for the worse. It also lowers the milk's vitamin content (Vitamin A, D, K2, CLA).
In addition, the processing which commercial goat milk goes through (i.e. ultra-pasteurization) changes the quality of the milk, and kills the enzymes and beneficial bacteria. This makes the milk a "dead" food which is hard to digest and causes inflammation through the body.
